2. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and undamaged items.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

4. Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and include your proof of purchase and RAN. Ship the item to the following address:

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees for returning items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide us with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
