At Aesthetic Aromatics, we are committed to providing you with high-quality luxury candles made from organic soy wax. We understand that there may be occasions where you need to return a product. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and undamaged items.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

4. Return Process

- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item and include your proof of purchase and RAN. Ship the item to the following address:

5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees for returning items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide us with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
